Pair this wine with cream-based pasta sauces, pork tenderloin and fowl. $14.99

Agostina Pieri Rosso di Montalcino 2005 - Pieri is the only producer ever to earn Gambero Rosso’s prestigious Tre Bicchieri score for a "mere" Rosso di Montalcino.  Made of 100% Sangiovese with wood treatment of 12 months in barrique.   Violets and cherries on the nose, soft, velvety palate with a lot of depth. Needs time to absorb the oak, but it will be a very classy bottle a very classy wine worth drinking $29.99

Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 - Combination of fruit that produces an elegant, structured and delicious profile – a wine that we enjoy drinking!  The diversity of Napa Valley’s appellations provide the Cabernet with round, blackberry flavors from the valley floor and dark, complex mocha-like flavors from the hillsides. Volcanic soils and the higher elevation in vineyards northeast of Napa Valley help produce a wine with structure and a mineral component. Fruit from the rocky red soils and moderate climate of the Central Valley adds balance, soft tannins, silky texture and bright red fruit flavors to the wine. In contrast to these warmer regions, the cool climate and longer harvest of coastal vineyards allow for more earthiness and acidity resulting in a black tea laced wine with spicy red fruit and peppercorns. $19.99
